Flames Steakhouse is best known for its signature hot-rock dining experience, with steaks seared and served on a heated slab of natural lava rock.
The steak continues cooking at the table, allowing diners to enjoy every bite exactly how they like it. Choose from cuts including fillet, sirloin, ribeye and T-bone, then add your preferred sauce and side.
It is an interactive, sociable way to enjoy a steak and one that helped Flames bring something completely different to Darwen when it opened in 2017.
There is plenty beyond the signature steaks, with fish, chicken, burgers, pasta, pizza, Turkish-inspired dishes, appetisers and desserts all featuring across the menus.
The fully licensed bar serves cocktails, wines, beers and spirits, making Flames equally suited to a relaxed meal, drinks with friends or a special occasion.
A private function room is also available for birthdays, christenings, baby showers and other celebrations, with space for around 35 seated guests.
