Shop Darwen Prize Draw

• The competition is a monthly prize draw.
• Entrants must be 18 or over and UK residents.
• One purchase transaction over £5 must be made at a participating Shop Darwen business to gain one entry to the prize draw.
• Alternative free entry route: one entry per household. Email your full name, address including postcode, and telephone number to info@darwenmarket.com before midnight on the last day of the month.
• All entries must be posted into the Shop Darwen post-box within Darwen Market Hall by the last day of the month. Please check opening times before you visit.
• Late entries will not be accepted.
• Original entry forms only will be accepted. Photocopies are not permitted.
• Multiple entries are accepted from individuals who make multiple purchases from participating stores.
• One winner will be chosen at random each month and announced by the seventh day of the following month. The winner will receive the advertised prize.
• Vouchers are issued in multiples of £10 and can be spent at any participating Shop Darwen business.
• Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash equivalent is available and no change will be given.
• Winners have 14 days to come forward to claim their vouchers. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner if the prize is not claimed within this period.
• Vouchers will be received within 14 days of the winner coming forward and will have a three-month expiry date.
• The promoter of the draw is Blackburn with Darwen Council. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.
• You are providing your information to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and the suppliers of the prize only. If you do not wish to be included in any future promotional emails, please email info@darwenmarket.com.
