The Sunnyhurst is a friendly local pub just outside Sunnyhurst Woods and within easy reach of Darwen Tower and the surrounding West Pennine Moors.
It is a natural stopping point after a woodland walk or climb to the Tower, with a relaxed atmosphere, a choice of cask ales, lagers, wines and spirits, and freshly prepared food from The Sunnyhurst Kitchen. The current menu includes breakfasts, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, homemade pies, sausage rolls, soup and Sunday roasts.
The pub is family and dog friendly, with outdoor seating for brighter days and a real fire when the Lancashire weather turns. Regular entertainment includes a fortnightly quiz, while sports are also shown inside.
